Frequently asked questions

All holders of a primary (including additional or corporate) Visa credit, debit or prepaid card (the “Visa Card”) issued by a Visa-affiliated bank or financial institution in Malta (the “Participating Issuing Bank”) may participate, provided that such holders make at least one card – present (face-to-face) payment using their Visa Card from 9^th May 2025 to 7^th June 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

All participants must be over 18 years of age and residents of Malta. Minors, employees of Visa and the Promoter Company, their spouses and their relatives up to the second degree are expressly excluded from participating in the Competition and the awarding of the Prizes.

To participate in the prize draw, you must complete all the following steps:

a) Upload an image of your point-of-sale (POS) receipt showing the transaction was carried out using a Visa (not the receipt of purchase of the product/service provision). Accepted image file types: JPEG, PNG.

b) Provide your full name, telephone number, and email address. You must also confirm that you:

• Are over 18 years of age,
• Reside in Malta, and
• Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

c) Click "Submit" button. 

You should receive an email confirmation for every receipt that is uploaded.

Only face-to-face purchases made using a Maltese-issued VISA Card at retail outlets (physical stores) are eligible. Online or contactless-only transactions do not qualify. Transactions must occur within the Promotion Period (9^th May 2025 until 7^th June 2025) and be clearly shown on the uploaded POS receipt.

Yes! You may enter multiple times throughout the Promotion Period. However, each entry must be linked to a unique Visa transaction and accompanied by a corresponding, valid POS receipt. The same transaction slip (duplicate receipts) cannot be used to participate in the Prize Draw more than once.

The winners will be randomly selected and notified shortly after the end of the Promotion. If you’re selected, you’ll be contacted by phone first, followed by an email from [email protected]. Make sure your contact details are correct and your inbox is monitored.

First and Grand Prize:

One (1) winner shall win a travel package for two (2) persons to attend a UEFA Women’s EURO™ 2025 match in Switzerland, including:

• Round-trip, direct economy-class flights for two (2) passengers from Malta International Airport (MLA) to Zurich Airport (ZRH);
• Travel dates: 26th July 2025 to 28th July 2025;
• Two (2) Category 1 match tickets to a UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 match (Opening or Final game);
• Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a hub hotel, including breakfast (Eco or city tax, as may be applicable, are not included);
• Drink vouchers;
• Branded gifts and merchandise;
• A Visa prepaid card worth CHF 200;
• City pass or activity;
• Public transport pass;
• Private airport transfers and group transfer to the stadium.

Runner-up prizes shall be awarded to 10 winners:

• Ten (10) PlayStation 5 consoles plus Official UEFA Women’s EURO™ branded footballs.

No. Winners cannot exchange any of the prizes for cash. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Refer to the Terms & Conditions for full details.

Prize claim and verification deadlines are outlined in the official Terms & Conditions. Failure to respond or complete the required steps within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and reallocation to a runner-up.
